Utilizing crushing technologies into the products at the end of their life cycles or waste materials allows effective recycling.
With the crushers the production is effective, dependable, and environmentally friendly. The broad selection crusher options provide the most effective equipment for every application. Acquaint yourself with Weima crushers here. The selection includes plastics crushers, wood crushers, paper crushers, metal crushers and waste crushers.
Low speed rotor crushers
Quiet rotor crushers equipped with hydraulic feeders crush almost any material into desired particle size between 8-300 mm. The equipment can be located directly at the source of the crushable material, eliminating unnecessary transport. The machines can be fed e.g., with tipping containers, wheel loaders, conveyors or pouring devices. The crushers crush e.g., hard plastics, wood, large paper- and plastics rolls, electric cables, textiles, giant sacks, pallets, prints, files, and tyres fully automatically.
The crushers tolerate well metals and gravel, and the blade maintenance is very simple.

Choppers and granulators
High speed choppers granulate the material into 2-10 mm particle size. The new model T-Shark has an automated hydraulic feeder and a very large input opening. Force feed increases machine capacity and allows for material quality variances better than in traditional gravity feed systems. Up to 1500*800 mm materials (castings, pipes etc.) can be granulated into 2-10 mm particle size in one stage.
